ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland University and Women's Basketball Head Coach,
Jeff Tungate have released the non-conference schedule for the upcoming 2022-23 season.
Oakland will kick-off the regular season at the O'rena November 7 versus Akron, followed by another home game November 12 against Central Michigan.
The Golden Grizzlies will trek out on their first road trip of the season by facing in-state foe, Michigan State in East Lansing November 15 prior to facing their second consecutive Big Ten opponent, Illinois, on November 21.
From there, OU will head to Vermont for a multi-team event November 26-27.
As the calendar turns to December, the Golden Grizzlies will have three non-conference games left on the schedule. Firstly, a road matchup against Miami (Ohio), followed by another matchup versus an in-state opponent at home against Madonna on December 19. Oakland will conclude their non-conference play with a contest in Ohio against the Toledo Rockets December 21.
