ROCHESTER, Mich - The Oakland Women's Soccer Team held IUPUI to a scoreless tie today in Indianapolis, Indiana leaving the Golden Grizzlies now 3-2-7 for the season. 

In the first half of the game, Oakland had seven shot attempts. Allie Tefend tried the net within the first six minutes of play. Following her, we saw shot attempts from Sami Lopez and Macey Wierenga. And within the last twenty minutes of the first half shot attempts were made by Jules Karkaba, Karabo Dhlamini, Sophie Wilsey, and Sharon Sampson. The Golden Grizzlies continued this momentum in the second half with an additional six shot attempts as new shot takers Carmela Barro, Alexa Sabbagh, and Shannon Brown were added into the mix. 

Goalkeeper Noëmi Stadelmann strategically defended the net today as she allowed no goals from the Jaguars. She recorded five total saves during the course of the game and stayed in the net for the full 90 minutes.
