ROCHESTER, Mich. - Ray Braziel was named Nike Horizon Men's Runner of the Week after an impressive performance at the SVSU Holiday Open on Dec. 4.



Braziel was part of the winning 4x400 team that broke the school record in a time of 3:14.93. The sophomore also won the 400 with a personal best of 47.56. His award was part of the first set of the league's indoor track and field season weekly awards. Oakland resumes competition on Jan. 14 at the CMU Invite.
