ROCHESTER, Michigan - Oakland University men's basketball closes out its regular season home slate with Green Bay on Sunday, February 23. Tipoff is set for 3 p.m. at the O'Rena.

Sunday's game will include the Golden Grizzlies' senior celebration for Brad Brechting and Xavier Hill-Mais

Hill-Mais has notched back-to-back double-doubles. On Friday night against Milwaukee, the senior forward recorded his fourth-straight 20-point performance, going for 23 with 11 rebounds. Hill-Mais is the reigning Nike #HLMBB Player of the Week.

Hill-Mais and sophomore forward Daniel Oladapo are averaging 8.5 and 8.0 rebounds per game, respectively, over the last four contests.

Sophomore guard Rashad Williams hit four triples on Friday night against the Panthers, bringing his season total to 43 in just 10 games. Williams has knocked down a three-pointer in 10-straight games, matching the team's season long streak set by sophomore guard Tray Maddox Jr. earlier this season.

For the seventh-straight game, Oakland eclipsed the 70-point mark. The Golden Grizzlies hadn't scored at least 70 in consecutive efforts since the streak began on Jan. 25 against IUPUI.

Oakland's defense ranks second in the Horizon League, limiting opponents to 69.25 points per game. Hill-Mais ranks inside the conference's top-10 in six statistical categories and leads the league in field goal percentage, knocking down 52.2-percent from the floor.

JayQuan McCloud leads a trio of Green Bay scorers in double figures. McCloud averages 17.0 ppg while dishing out 4.6 assists per outing. Amari Davis has been tabbed the league's freshman of the week nine times this season.

The Phoenix come into the matchup on a two-game win streak. On Friday night, Green Bay cruised past Detroit, 84-67. McCloud went 6-of-10 from beyond the arc for 32 points.

In the season's first matchup between the Golden Grizzlies and the Phoenix, Oakland jumped out to an early double-digit lead, but Green Bay cut the deficit to a possession going into the locker room. Down five, 71-66, Maddox Jr. stepped into a three on the wing from Hill-Mais to make it a one-possession ballgame with seven seconds remaining. The Golden Grizzlies wouldn't come closer, as the Phoenix knocked down a pair of free throws to put the contest out of reach. Brechting finished with a season-high 26 points.

Following the conclusion of Sunday's game, fans are encouraged to stay for Oakland's senior day celebration. The home regular season finale is sweater vest day.
