In the third, after back-to-back ground outs, Brummitt smacked her third double of the season. Griffith - who came into the week with a team-high six hits - doubled to left center to push the Golden Grizzly lead to 3-0.
A pair of early errors and a hit batter in the bottom of the fourth set the table for a big side for Troy. The Trojans tallied four hits, scoring five.
Freshman pitcher Sydney Campbell went three full innings before Wiggins came in the fourth in relief. Campbell had two strikeouts - giving up five hits and three earned runs. Wiggins finished out the game, limiting Troy to just one hit and striking out two.
