Moving into extra innings, Oakland tallied two more runs thanks to a Munson single and more errors from Detroit. The Titans would cut the deficit to one in the bottom of the eight but Wiggins and her defense would hold on to secure the win.

Detroit would tie the game in the bottom of the sixth and keep it tied through nine innings before the Titans would hit a walk-off homer to win game two and take the series.
The Golden Grizzlies will return to competition Friday, Mar. 29 at Northern Kentucky as the originally scheduled home games were moved to Highland Heights due to weather and field conditions in Rochester.
