INDIANAPOLIS – Oakland's Daniel Oladapo has been named the Horizon League Nike Men's Basketball Player of the Week announced on Monday. 
 
Oladapo led the Golden Grizzlies over the course of their four-game week averaging 13.8 points and 7.5 rebounds to guide Oakland to a 3-1 record to start the season. 
 
The sophomore went an impressive 54 percent (20-of-37) from the floor and averaged 1.3 steals per game. Oladapo made his Oakland debut with a double-double recording 21 points and 12 boards in a 94-66 win over Goshen. The Bladensburg, Md. native averaged 11.3 points and 6.0 rebounds in the Sunshine Slam tournament to help guide Oakland to 2-1 record over the weekend.
 
The Golden Grizzlies will take on Maryland Saturday Nov. 16 at 12 p.m. from the Xfinity Center in College Park, Md. Saturday's game will be broadcast on BTN+.
