-Oakland (5-3-1, 3-0-1 HL) is 11-3 over the last 14 matches against Western Michigan (6-4) with the Broncos winning the last two games.

Dylan Borczak connected on a diving header off a failed clear attempt in the 98th minute of overtime for the game-winning golden goal giving Oakland a thrilling 3-2 win at Wright State (10/5) to keep the Golden Grizzlies unbeaten in Horizon League play.
-Borczak leads the team and league in assists (7) and leads the team in points (13) which also is tied for third in the league.
-Borczak scored a goal with a season-high in assists (2) and points (4) in Oakland's 5-1 win at Robert Morris (8/30) and has recorded three points in a game with a goal and assist on two other occasions at Green Bay (9/17) and at Wright State (10/5). He also recoded the equalizer to rally the Golden Grizzlies from a two-goal deficit to a 2-2 draw at Bradley (9/8).
