Coach Pogue on Alex:
"Alex, you are a daily inspiration to us all!  Your strength, your courage, your fight, your perseverance, your unrelenting will to KICK CANCER'S BUTT is something I will cherish with me for a lifetime. When we first met you in the summer of 2017, you were a frail, sick little boy with cancer taking over your body. Two years later in 2019, to see you transform into a strong, healthy, CANCER FREE, smiling young man is the greatest gift you could ever give myself and our team. We want to thank you Alex and also thank Matt and Stephanie, what blessings you all are."
