ROCHESTER, Mich. -- Jamie Walling led the way with eight kills, six blocks and three digs as the Oakland volleyball team fell to LSU in three sets Saturday afternoon at the O'rena. The Golden Grizzlies announced a home crowd of 1,042, the second-most for a volleyball match in its history.

Abby Neidinger recorded eight kills as well plus one block and one dig while Aleksandra Malek added five kills, six digs and two blocks. Jordan Massab led the Oakland defense with nine digs.

The Golden Grizzlies will return to action next weekend at the Redhawk Invitational hosted by Miami (OH).
