
INDIANAPOLIS - Noah Jensen recorded five shots while
Dylan Borczak had three shots as Oakland battled but fell in double-overtime at IUPUI on Saturday. The loss was the first overtime setback for the Golden Grizzlies who were 1-0-2 in extra time matches on the season.
Despite the game being a defensive battle, Oakland forced play and had 13 corner kick chances but could not take advantage of the set piece opportunities. IUPUI was able to get the game-winner at the 4:40 mark in the second overtime.
The Golden Grizzlies will host No. 19 Michigan for the Fill the Hill Game on Wed., Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.
