Taylor Thalheimer scored her first goal of the season

ROCHESTER, Mich. – Taylor Thalheimer scored her first goal of the season in the 33rd minute of the first period to give Oakland a one-up on Cleveland State. The Vikings answered in the 70th minute of the second half to tie the game. Both teams remained scoreless through both overtimes.
 
In addition, Lauren Bos recorded three shots while Sierra Grodsinsky added two.
 
Jaimie Leas accounted for four saves on the night.
 
The Golden Grizzlies will continue competition Wednesday, September 26 at 3 p.m. against Detroit Mercy.
