ROCHESTER, Mich. - Taylor Jones led Oakland with a team-high 16 points with five rebounds and three assists while Cierra Bond added 15 points followed by Taylor Gleason with 12 points and four steals as Oakland dropped a 73-55 decision to visiting IUPUI on Thursday night.

Leah Somerfield grabbed a team-best 10 rebounds with Nikita Telesford adding eight points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field.

IUPUI's second and third quarter production proved to be the difference as the Jaguars out scored the Golden Grizzlies 44-31 en route to the win.

Oakland returns the Blacktop at the O'rena against UIC on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. Prior to tip off, the women's basketball team will honor seniors Bond, Gleason, Sha'Keya Graves, Somerfield and Korrin Taylor for their hard work and dedication to the program.
