ROCHESTER, Mich. -- The Oakland men's basketball team will conclude its eight-game road tilt in the month of December by taking on Youngstown State Sunday, Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. inside the Beeghly Center. The game will be streamed live on ESPN3 and fans can also listen on WDFN-AM (1130) or with the iHeart Radio app.

Last time out, Oakland won its Horizon League opener at Cleveland State 89-77 behind Jaevin Cumberland's 27 points and seven rebounds.

  • Hill-Mais leads the Horizon League and ranks fifth in the NCAA in field goals made (120).
  • Hill-Mais also ranks ninth in the NCAA in total points (311) and 19th in points per game (22.2).
  • Cumberland leads the Horizon League in total minutes (517; second in the NCAA) and three-point field goal percentage (44.8 percent, 37th in NCAA).
  • Cumberland ranks 10th nationally in total three-pointers made (47) and 13th in minutes per game (37).
  • Oakland won its Horizon League opener over Cleveland State 89-77 on Dec. 28, moving to 5-1 all-time in Horizon League openers.
