ROCHESTER, Mich. -- Oakland swimming and diving will host its annual Mitten Toss during halftime of the men's basketball game against Wright State on Saturday, Jan. 5. The game is set for a 3 p.m. tip-off and will air on ESPN+ and TV20.

Mitten Toss, a longtime tradition of Oakland swimming and diving, encourages fans to bring new or gently used mittens, gloves, scarves and winter hats to be thrown onto the court at halftime. All items donated will go to The Baldwin Center, a nonprofit organization that serves to feed, clothe, educate and empower the Pontiac community.
