Jordan Lentz recorded 50 assists, 20 digs, six kills and one block, plus hit .667 as the Oakland volleyball team defeated Youngstown State in five sets Saturday inside the Beeghly Center.
Jamie Walling and
Krysteena Davis both matched a career high in kills recording 23 and 16 respectively. Walling hit .400 on the day and added five digs and one service ace while Davis recorded four blocks and had a hitting percentage of .353.
Abby Neidinger registered a career high five blocks plus eight kills and four digs.
Lindsay Wightman led the Oakland defense with a match-high 26 digs and
Maddie Lentz added 12 digs.
The Golden Grizzlies (7-13, 3-6 HL) have now won 13 straight matches over Youngstown State dating back to 2013. Oakland will take on Cleveland State tomorrow at 2 p.m. on ESPN3 inside Woodling Gymnasium.
