DAYTON, Ohio - Austin Ricci scored two goals while Wilfred Williams added an assist as the Oakland men's soccer team dropped a non-conference match to Dayton, 6-2, on Wednesday night at Baujan Field.
Ricci connected on a penalty kick in the 12th minute tying the game at 1-1 and put Oakland ahead just three minutes later.
It was all Dayton in the second half as the Flyers posted four goals en route to the win.
The Golden Grizzlies return to league play with the Ascension Crittenton Cancer Awareness Game against Cleveland State at the Oakland Soccer Field on Saturday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m.
