ROCHESTER, Mich. - Nyal Higgins scored off a corner kick feed from Noah Jensen while Nebojsa Popovic and Austin Ricci each recorded goals as Oakland took out IUPUI, 3-0, on Saturday night. Sullivan Lauderdale picked up the shutout and first career win.

After Popovic put Oakland up 2-0 with a strike just outside the box, Travis Harrington picked up his first career assist with a pinpoint pass to Ricci who connected on a shot from 15 yards out in the 78th minute.

Oakland hits the road for a non-conference tilt at Dayton on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m.
