EVANSTON, Ill. - Sha'Keya Graves scored a team-high 20 points off the bench while Taylor Jones added 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting as Oakland dropped a 88-70 decision at Northwestern on Thursday night.

Nikita Telesford scored a season-high 10 points with two blocks and two assists. Taylor Gleason added 13 points with seven assists while Mercy Agwaniru grabbed four rebounds with two steals.

After a slow start, the Golden Grizzlies rallied from a 20 point deficit cutting the lead to eight points before Wildcats pulled away down the stretch. Defensively, Oakland scored 26 points off 20 NU turnovers while recording 11 steals and six blocks.

The Golden Grizzlies return home to host Niagara on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.
