FAIRBORN, Ohio -- Krysteena Davis slammed 11 kills for a hitting percentage of .571 and added five blocks as the Oakland volleyball team earned a win over Wright State (9-16, 3-9 HL) Saturday.

Darien Bandel had a balanced attack on the day as she recorded 14 kills and a career high 17 digs. Darrin Rice led the Oakland defense with 19 digs while Maddie Lentz added 10 digs of her own.

The Golden Grizzlies (14-10, 9-3 HL) move into a three-way tie for first place in the league standings and will continue their road swing next weekend at fellow first place contender Cleveland State.
