CHICAGO -- Krysteena Davis recorded 11 blocks plus three kills and one dig as the Oakland volleyball team defeated UIC (13-7, 4-3 HL) in three sets Friday night at the Flames Athletics Center. The win was the sixth-straight for the Black and Gold.

Darien Bandel led the offense with 10 kills and two service aces and added four blocks and three digs while Sammy Condon recorded eight kills and six blocks.

Oakland (11-9, 6-2 HL) will return home for a pair of matches against Green Bay and Milwaukee Oct. 20 and 21.
