WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Joe Smith just missed the top 18 to make finals by placing 19th on the one-meter board with a score of 249.85 while Stirling Fordham placed 29th with a score of 191.70 Friday afternoon during prelims of the NCAA Zone Diving Meet at the Boilermaker Aquatic Center.
