ROCHESTER, Mich. - Olivia Nash scored a game-high 16 points as the Oakland women's basketball team (11-16, 5-9) fell to league-leading Green Bay (23-4, 13-1), 70-55, Thursday night inside the Athletics Center O'rena.

Nash shot 6-of-11 from the floor including hitting two 3-pointers for her 19th double-digit scoring performance of the season. Zakiya Minifee was just short of a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds, while Elena Popkey added eight points.

The Golden Grizzlies trailed by 18 points heading into the second half but would go on a 13-3 run in the early part of the period led by five points by Minifee as her jumper cut the lead to 45-40. Green Bay however would hit back-to-back triples including Ellen Edison hitting off the glass to push the margin back to double digits.

The Phoenix were led by Tesha Buck with 15 points and eight assists, while Sam Terry tied a game-high with 16 points and Mehryn Kraker added 14. Green Bay claims the Horizon League regular season title with the win for the 17th consecutive season. The only league loss for the Phoenix this season came against the Golden Grizzlies on Feb. 4 in Green Bay.

Oakland will play its final regular-season road game of the season on Saturday as it travels to UIC to face the Flames inside the UIC Pavilion beginning at 4 p.m. ET.
