KANSAS CITY - Austin Ricci and Matt Dudley were named to the 2015 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Great Lakes Regional Team. Ricci earned second team accolades while Dudley was named to the third team.

"Austin and Matt are very deserving of this NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region recognition", said head coach Eric Pogue. "Both had great seasons and were huge reasons behind our success this year and over the last two years winning back-to-back Horizon League championships and NCAA Tournament appearances. We will miss Matt immensely in center midfield as the backbone of our team over the past four seasons, but he has a bright future continuing to play at a professional level. Austin has great talent and the future is very bright for him at Oakland if he remains humble, works hard to continue to improve and becomes a leader for the Black and Gold on and off the field in 2016 and 2017."

Ricci, a sophomore from Newmarket, Ontario, was named Horizon League Co-Offensive Player of the Year and a First-Team selection. He led the league in goals (19) points (18) points-per game (.95) and goals-per-game (.45) while ranking tied for second in game-winning goals (3). He also scored a goal against Dayton in the NCAA Tournament (Nov. 20).

Dudley, a senior from Preston, England, earned Horizon League First-Team honors for the second consecutive year. He assisted on both of Oakland's goals off corner kick feeds against Dayton in the NCAA Tournament. He also was named HL Tournament MVP after delivering a free kick strike in the second half giving the Golden Grizzlies its second consecutive tournament championship with a 1-0 victory over Wright State (Nov. 14).
