She is one of the fittest players on the team allowing her to cover a lot of ground in 90 minutes. She is a stealth defender in that she can sneak up on an opponent and take the ball right off their foot, and in an instant she can play a killer pass that sets us off on an attack. She is easy to get along with and a friend to all."

"Sarah is a dependable central defender and has been in the starting line up all four years of her career. As a two-year captain she has led the team to a semifinal game in 2014 and this year has already helped the team to reach postseason play.
