ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) -- Reggie Hamilton poured in 31 points and Oakland defeated IPFW 93-82 on Saturday inside the O'rena.
Three other Golden Grizzlies were in double figures. Drew Valentine scored 19 points, Travis Bader scored 18 and Ryan Bass scored 13 for Oakland (14-13, 8-7 Summit), which used a 13-0 run in the second half to move from a one-point deficit to a 63-51 lead.
Frank Gaines led the Mastodons (10-15, 4-11) with 30 points. Jonny Marlin scored 13 and Trey McCorkle had 10 points for IPFW.
Oakland made 12 of its 25 3-point attempts, led by Hamilton (5 of 9) and Bader (4 of 9). The Grizzlies shot 47 percent overall while IPFW shot 45 percent.
The Golden Grizzlies outscored the Mastodons 27-16 from the free-throw line. OU shot better than 40 percent from behind the arc for the fourth time in five games.
