Oakland Tops Summit League Fall Academic-All-League List

ELLMHURST, Mich.-- Oakland led all Summit League schools by placing a total of 62 student-athletes on the Summit League Fall Academic All-League Team, which was announced by the league office on Thursday. A total of 517 athletes across the league earned the distinction, which is awarded to students who post a 3.0 or better Grade Point Average during their semester of competition.

Oakland also had 25 student-athletes earn distinguished scholar accolades by posting a GPA of 3.6 or above. It is the third consecutive semester in which the Golden Grizzlies have led The Summit League in Academic All-League honorees.
