Opening Statement
"I think Bowling Green showed why they have been MAC champions nine times and have made an elite eight. They are a veteran team and are well coached. Tonight they showed why they are so good. It was really hard to contain them."

On the differences in a game that was statistically even
"I think it was our untimely turnovers. Right when we were ready to make a run, we would have an unforced error or put up a bad shot. I think that is indicative of a young team. We just don't know how to stop the bleeding. It wasn't just what they were doing, we would turn it over and Bowling Green would hit a three in our face"

On how the team regroups from this loss
"We just told the team that we schedule very tough for a reason. We like to push ourselves, we like to see how good we are. We like to see what we need to work on. We just talked about keeping our confidence and believing we are a good team and taking care of business in practice."

On inserting Victoria Lipscomb into the starting lineup
"She has been playing very well lately. She's smart and really quiet. Every game we play, she comes up with some really nice numbers. We think she plays great defense and right now defense is something we need to work on so she comes in the lineup for her defense."

On whether the start to the second half was deflating to the team
"Was it deflating to watch? Yes, and it was deflating to coach it too. We know Bowling Green is a good team and a veteran team. I think they were mad that we were lingering around quite frankly. They came out with the 11-0 run, punching us in the face and they shocked us. It was too deep of a hole for us to overcome."

On how the team matches up with BGSU
"We don't need to focus on offense. We have to focus on stopping them from scoring. I think that is the main thing we have to work on as a team."

On the team's attitude after cutting the lead to five at the half
"We were excited and pumped up. We know we can win that game. We were on a run and had momentum going into the half. We just shot ourselves in the foot in the beginning of the second half."
