Julie Anderson picked up the loss for Oakland throwing 5.0 innings, giving up five hits, four earned runs, walking one and striking out one. Anderson falls to 3-5 this season. The Oakland softball team will be in action again this weekend as the Golden Grizzlies travel to Illinois Chicago on Friday for a 4 p.m. doubleheader and to Michigan State on Sunday for a 2 p.m. doubleheader.
