Galli is in her seventh season with the Oakland volleyball program, where she is responsible for training the setters and developing offensive game plans, along with recruiting for the Golden Grizzlies. Galli was promoted to Associate Head Coach prior to the 2016 season.

Under Galli's tutelage, Ciara Schultz earned Horizon League Setter of the Year in 2015 after posting a league-best 11.83 assists per set average during league play. She also aided Schultz in becoming the school's all-time leader in assists (3,725) and single-season assists leader (1,279).

Prior to joining the Golden Grizzlies, Galli (then Paszkiewicz) spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Xavier University. While coaching for the Musketeers from 2011-13, Galli guided Stephanie Vorherr to AVCA All-America Honorable Mention accolades while the senior libero broke the school and Atlantic-10 records in digs. Xavier posted a 21-11 record in 2012 and finished second in the A-10 regular season and tournament championship. Xavier ranked second in the conference in assists (1,421) and fourth in digs (1,908), two areas that Galli oversaw.

Galli was a four-year standout setter at Xavier, where she finished her career as one of two Musketeers to surpass 3,000 assists and 1,000 digs. A four-year letterwinner, Galli was a two-time first-team All-conference selection and two-time all-tournament team pick in 2009 and 2010. She currently ranks sixth in Xavier history with 3,303 assists. Galli graduated with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts in 2011 and added a master's degree in Sports Management from Xavier in 2013.

A native of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Galli was a volleyball standout at Marian High School, earning second-team All-State accolades twice as a prep. In 2011, Galli was inducted into the Catholic League Sports Hall of Fame. She and her husband, Brad Galli and son Matthew, reside in Beverly Hills, Mich.
