Oakland University Athletics

Jonathan Jardis joined the Oakland staff in September of 2023 as an Assistant Director for Facilities and External Events, responsible for managing event operations for home athletic contests and rentals and assisting with event staffing and property management.

Prior to Oakland, Jardis completed a stint at Aquinas College (AQ), located in Grand Rapids, Mich., serving as the Athletic Operations Graduate Assistant for the department from 2021-2023. During his time at AQ, Jardis was responsible for home games and external events held at Aquinas as well as overseeing a student staff. Jon also participated on the men’s lacrosse team at AQ, where he holds the career assist record for the program. 

Graduating with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Management degrees from Aquinas College in 2021 and 2023, the Midland native currently resides in Clarkston.
