Grace Hilber began as the Director of Basketball Operations for Oakland Women's Basketball in the summer of 2025.
Prior to Oakalnd, Hilber served as a women's basketball graduate assistant at Lewis University during the 2024–25 season, working under Oakland Women's Baskeball Head Coach Keisha Newell. Hilber graduated from Lewis with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
A standout player with the Flyers, Hilber starred at Lewis University from 2019 to 2024. She was a two-time All-GLVC First Team selection and a 2019–20 GLVC All-Academic Team member. She surpassed the 14 points per game mark for three consecutive seasons from 2021 to 2024, including a career-best 16.1 points per game during her graduate season. In her final year, she scored 20 or more points ten times, highlighted by a career-high 30 points on 12-of-17 shooting, including 6-of-9 from beyond the arc against Missouri S&T.
Hilber also recorded three seasons shooting above 37 percent from three-point range and finished her career with a .363 mark from deep. She concluded her collegiate career with 1,763 total points, establishing herself as one of the premier shooters in Lewis University's storied history.
