2008-09: Posted a 2-19 singles record at No. 1 singles for Oakland ... went 8-13 at doubles, playing primarily at the No. 1 doubles spot with Karen Karoub ... both singles wins matches came in league play, with the first being a 6-1, 7-6 (2-0) win over Centenary[apos]s Courtney Myers (3/19/09) and the second being a 3-6, 6-2, 10-6 win over IUPUI[apos]s Emily Holsapple (3/21/09) ... opened the season with a doubles win, along with Michelle Maxfield over Valparaiso (9/7/08) ... finished the season with consecutive doubles wins, teaming with Karoub to pick up wins over South Dakota State and UMKC at No. 1 doubles.
2007-08: Posted a 7-10 record as Oakland[apos]s primary No. 1 singles player ... won her OU debut, rallying to take a 1-6, 6-4, 10-7 win against Akron ... after a 5-7, 7-6, 10-6 win against Dayton, Grimmer was named The Summit League Player of the Week, the only OU player to earn the award all season ... posted a 3-4 record in league play ... played exclusively with Michelle Maxfield at No. 1 doubles, posting a 6-10 overall record and a 3-3 Summit League mark.
Prior to Oakland: Played two seasons of tennis at Grand Valley State for coach John Black ... helped the Lakers advance to the second round of the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Tournament with an 8-4 doubles victory in 2007 ... two-time All-GLIAC honoree, being named second team as a freshman and first team as a sophomore.
