2012-13:
▪ Won fourth career Summit League Swimmer of the Year honor and became the first athlete in league history to win the award four times
▪ Made second appearance at the NCAA Championships, finishing 36th in the 200 backstroke and 37th in the 100 back
▪ Held 20th-fastest time in the 100 back with a 46.73
▪ Earned all-league honors at The Summit League Championships
▪ Won fourth 100 back title with NCAA [apos]B[apos] qualifying time of 47.16
▪ Captured fourth 200 back title with NCAA [apos]B[apos] qualifying time of 1:43.33
▪ Finished runner-up in the 200 IM with an NCAA [apos]B[apos] qualifying time of 1:48.23
▪ Member of championship 200 and 400 medley relay team

2011-12: Named Summit League Swimmer of the Year for a league-record third time ... 2009-10: Named Swimmer of the Meet at The Summit League Championships for the second straight year ... Successfully defended his titles in the 200-yard butterfly (1:48.56) and the 100 and 200 backstroke (48.20, 1:45.11, respectively) events ... Swam on the championship 200 and 400 medley and 800 freestyle relays ... Hit the NCAA 'B' Standard in both back events ... Twice named Summit League Swimmer of the Week ... Earned CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-American honors for the second straight year ... Named Summit League Swimmer of the Year.

2008-09: Closed out an outstanding freshman season earning All-America honors for finishing 12th in the 200 back (1:41.83) at the NCAA Championships ... Named Swimmer and Newcomer of the Year at The Summit League Championships ... Won the 100 and 200 back (46.65, 1:41.49, respectively) events ... Both times broke the meet record and automatically qualified him for the NCAA Championships ... Won the 200 fly with a time of 1:44.19 that set the meet record and hit the NCAA B Cut ... Swam on the championship 200 and 400 medley relay teams and his times in the 200 back and 200 fly broke school records ... Swam the second fastest times in school history in the 100 back and 100 fly at The Summit League Championships ... Named to the CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-American first team.

High School: Was the National Danish Junior Champion in 2006 and 2007 ... Also earned National Danish Senior Champion accolades in 2006, 2007 and 2008 ... Set two national records at the National Short Course Championship in 2005 as a junior ... Competed in the 2005 Youth Olympics in Paris, France.
