The Oakland University Athletic Department's fall golf outing has become a tremendous success over the past few years, raising thousand's of dollars for the department and its programs. One of the main reasons for the increased success of the outing has been the efforts of Ken Mittelbrun.

Ken has also been instrumental in bringing in major sponsors for the outing, increasing the profit to the department. The outing has been sold out in each of the past two years, and is one the brink of expansion.
Ken was an outstanding four-year golfer at Oakland, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from OU in 1990. He now works as a financial consultant at Smith Barney, Inc.
