2021 Outdoor:
• Won the 200 (21.25), 400 (47.76), 4x100 (41.12), and 4x400 (3:15.84) at the Horizon League Championship, making this his third year as the 400m champion
• Broke the school record in the 400 (46.88), then broke his own record (46.29) later in the season
• Recorded a personal best time of 46.29 at the NCAA Divison I East Preliminary Round
• Named Afreeda Goff Outdoor Track and Field Men's Athlete of the Year

2020 Indoor:
• Finished first in the 200 (21.85), the 400 (48.05), and the 4x400 (3:20.05) at the Horizon League Indoor Championship 
• Named Men's Horizon League Indoor Championship Outstanding Performer

2019 Outdoor:
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:21.87), first in the 400 (49.00), first in the 200 (21.75) and third in the 100 (11.46) at the Oakland vs Detroit meet (Apr. 6)
• Placed first in the 200 (21.70), first in the 400 (48.64) and first in the 4x400 (3:24.15) at the Golden Grizzlies Invite (Apr. 12-13)
• Placed first in the 400 (48.16) and second in the 200 (21.42w) at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (Apr. 19-20)
• Placed third in the 400 (47.34) at the Jesse Owens Classic • The Ohio State University (Apr. 26-27)

• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:19.39), first in the 400m (48.19), and fourth in the 200m (21.99) at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (Dec. 7-8)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:28.03), first in the 400m (49.99), and second in the 200m (22.24) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)
• Placed first in the 400m (48.11) and second in the 4x400 (3:17.85) at the SVSU “Doug Hansen” Open (Jan. 18)
• Placed first in the 300m with a college best time of 34.41 and 13^th in the 60m (7.08) at the Can-Am International (Jan. 26)
• Placed third in the 200m (21.72) and seventh in the 400m (47.41) at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 1-2)
• Placed sixth in the 200m with a time of 21.80 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 8)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:16.44), first in the 400m (47.31), and fifth in the 200m (22.02) at the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 23-24)
