2021 Outdoor:
• Recorded personal bests in the 110 hurdles (14.71) and the 400 hurdles (52.22)
• Finished first in the 4x400 (3:15.84), second in the 400 hurdles (53.91), and third in 110 hurdles (14.48) at the Horizon League Championship
• Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminaries for the 400 hurdles
• Earned a Nike Horizon League Men's Runner of the Week title 

2020 Indoor:
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:16.67), second in the 60H (8.15) and fifth in the 200 (22.09) at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (Dec. 6-7)
• Placed third in the 300 (36.12) and third in the 60H (8.16) at the Tiffin Alumni Open (Dec. 14)
• Placed sixth in the 60H (8.32) and ran the 200 (22.73) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 29-Mar. 1)

2019 Outdoor:
•  Placed fourth in the 400H (53.67) and 17th in the 110H (15.06) at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 29-30)
•  Placed first in the 400H (55.51), first in the 4x400 (3:21.87) and fifth in HJ (1.80m) at the Oakland vs Detroit meet (Apr. 6)
•  Placed first in the 4x400 (3:24.15), first in the 400H (54.96) and third in the 110H (14.93) at the Golden Grizzlies Invite (Apr. 12-13)
•  Placed first in the 400H (53.41) and fourth in the 110H (14.77w) at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (Apr. 19-20) 
•  Placed fifth in the 400H (53.84) at the Jesse Owens Classic • The Ohio State University meet (Apr. 26-27)
•  Placed first in the 4x400 (3:15.07), second in the 400H (52.92) and 10th in the HJ (1.85m) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-5)

2019 Indoor:
• Placed fourth in the 300m (36.49) and sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.47) at the Tiffin Alumni Open (Dec. 1)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:19.39), fifth in the 60m hurdles (8.59), 10^th in long jump (18 ft., 8 in.), and 15^th in the 200m (22.70) at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (Dec. 7-8)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:28.03), fifth in the 60m hurdles (8.50), and fifth in the 200m (22.49) at the Jack Skoog Open
• Placed second in the 4x400 (3:17.85), fifth in the 60m hurdles (8.29), and jumped a college best in long jump with a distance of 19 ft., 6 in. at the SVSU “Doug Hansen” Open (Jan. 18)
• Placed fourth in the 200m (22.57), sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.45), and 16^th in high jump (6 ft., 0 in.) at the Can-Am International (Jan. 26)
• Placed 19^th in the 200m with a time of 22.23 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 1-2)
• Placed first in the 200m (22.14), ninth in the 400m with a college best time of 50.17, and 12^th in high jump (5 ft., 11.25 in.) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9)
• Placed first in the 60m with a college best time of 6.99, sixth in high jump (6 ft., 0 in.), and eighth in long jump (19 ft., 0.75 in.) at the SVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 15)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:16.44), seventh in the 200m (22.11), eighth in the 60m (7.02), and eighth in the 60m hurdles (8.31) at the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 23-24)

2018 Outdoor:
•  Placed eighth in the 110H (15.01) and 10th in the 400H (55.99) at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold meet (Mar. 23-24)

2018 Indoor:
• Placed second in the 4x400 (3:18.21) and 26th in the 400 (50.99) at the SVSU “Jet’s Pizza” Invitational (Jan. 26•27)
• Placed 22nd in the 400 (50.59) and sixth in the 4x400 (3:25.44) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10)
