• Placed first in the 4x400 (4:11.28), first in the 400 (58.33) and fourth in the 200 (25.68) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)

• Placed first in the 400 (1:03.38) and first in the 4x400 (4:12.52) at the Detroit Mercy v Oakland meet (Apr. 7)
• Placed first in the 400 (56.26), second in the 4x400 (3:58.27) and seventh in the 200 (25.11w) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4-6)

2018 Indoor:
•  Placed first in the 4x400 (4:11.28), first in the 400 (58.33) and fourth in the 200 (25.68) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)
•  Placed eighth in the 200 (25.00) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 8)
•  Placed first in the 4x400 (3:55.62), first in the 400 (55.65), and third in the 200 (25.17) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24)

2017 Indoor:
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that placed first and set a new school record (3:52.28) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)
• Named Horizon League runner of the week on Feb. 14 after placing first in the 400m (59.41) and fifth in the 200m (26.06) at the Tiffin Invite (Feb. 11)
• Recorded a first-place finish in the 200m at the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 3) and the Jack Skoog Invite (Jan. 13)
• Member of the distance medley relay team that set a new school record in the event and placed first (11:55.18) at the YSU National Invite (Feb. 3)
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that placed first (3:54.35) at the YSU National Invite (Feb. 4)  

2017 Outdoor:
• Placed 6^th in the 400m (59.21) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
• Set a PR in the 400m (57.39) at the Golden Grizzly Invite (April 14-15)
• Member of the 4x400m (3:53.49) that placed first at the Golden Grizzly Invite (April14-15)
•  Set a PR in the 200m (25.60) at the Tennessee Rust Bluster (March 25)

High School
• Four year letterwinner in track and field
• Three time All-State selection in track and field
• Represented team Michigan at the Mid-West Meet of Champions in 2016

• Broke the 400 meter dash in high school record eight times in one season
