HILLSDALE, Mich. - With the end of the season wrapping up, three Golden Grizzlies traveled to Hillsdale for their last chance meeta, all placing in the top three of their events.

The lone Oakland runner was Grace Hungerford, who participated in the women's 400m race. Just like at the Horizon League Championships, she finished second with a time of 1:02.40. 

The other two athletes representing the Golden Grizzlies were throwers Romario Jackson and Alex Mansfield. Each participated in one event each, as Mansfield placed second in the men's shot put with a throw of 16.63m, while in the men's discus Jackson earned third place with a toss of 48.77m.

The Golden Grizzlies close their season on high notes, awaiting any other meets or chances to qualify for NCAA Regionals.
