ROCHESTER, Mich. - Oakland University Softball has been gearing up for a successful 2025 season.  With a new coaching staff, the team hopes to return to the Horizon League Tournament and compete for a Conference Championship.

To reach our goals of carrying on the championship tradition here at OU, we are asking for your assistance to upgrade our facilities, travel to play a competitive non-conference schedule as well as get some scouting and training technology to keep ourselves ahead of our competition and keep our players developing and healthy!

We have raised over $20,000 already in camps, clinics, and other opportunities here on campus to make the following upgrades:

• Rapsodo Technology
• New Sublimated Uniforms 
• Synergy Sports Scouting Program 
• Hack Attack Pitching Machine 
• New Hitting Screens for Tee Work
• Spring Break Trip to Georgia/Alabama 

While Oakland University gives us a tremendous amount of support for our Horizon League schedule and post-season, we are hoping to raise money to gain the following upgrades over the next few seasons:

• New batting cage netting
• Turf in bullpens and batting cages
• Assistance for non-conference travel to begin play earlier in the season
• Field upgrade including pressbox and stands 
• Lights to be compliant to host Horizon League Championship

We realize these are big goals, but we are in this for the long haul and plan to be fiscally responsible on our end to be able to build step-by-step. Every little bit helps, and we are in this for the long haul to build up our facilities to make OU Softball one of the top facilities in the Midwest.
