INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three Oakland University Men's and Women's Track & Field student-athletes, Grace Nolan, Ashley Quinn, and Eddie Harrell III, garnered #HLTF Indoor All-Academic Team status while Yami Albrecht and Gabe Singh were tabbed with honorable mention listing as released by the conference on Wednesday.

Nolan joins the prestigious group with a 3.98 overall GPA following a runner-up performance in the Women's 3,000m at the #HLTF Indoor Championships plus a third-place performance in the Women's 5,000m. This is now two straight for Nolan who grabbed an All-Academic honor during the fall Cross Country season.

This is the second straight honor for Quinn who was named to the 2022 #HLTF All-Academic Indoor Team as well. The school record holder in the Women's 800m took the Horizon League title in the same event, following it up with a second-place finish in the Women's Mile. Quinn finished the fall semester with a cumulative GPA of 3.96.

Harrell bagged his first-ever All-Academic honor with a cumulative GPA of 3.3, winning the Men's 800m in Youngstown with a kick while seeing action from the 400m all the way to the 800m in the season. Harrell was also a part of a dominant Golden Grizzly showing in the Men's 400m category with a season-best 48.96 seconds.

The two honorable mentions, Singh and Albrecht, posted 3.26 and 3.31 overall GPAs as the individual champions in the 400m and Mile events at the Indoor #HLTF Indoor Championships. Singh also tacked on a Men's 4x400m Relay, anchor-leg kicking title.
