ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Alex Hugh-Plott of Oakland University Track & Field broke his own school record in the Men's High Jump on Friday following the Silverston Invitational hosted by Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Hugh-Plott is undefeated in University of Michigan meets following his record-breaking performance on Friday with a new #HLTF-leading and 11th-best nationally marked height of 2.20m (7'2.5").

Just behind the Grand Rapids native were Salvatore Narush and Pierce Doyle who finished third and seventh in the Men's High Jump, respectively, with marks of 1.95m (6'4.75") and 1.80m (5'10.75").

The only other men's competitors for Oakland, Eddie Harrell III and Adam Hill, finished first and 17th in the Men's 600m and Men's Mile, respectively, with times of 1:21.19 and 4:19.11.

Dominyka Leskauskaite doubled in the Women's Long Jump and Women's Triple jump with eighth and third-place finishes, respectively, in both of those events in 4.83m (15'10.25") and 10.97m (36'0").

Brooke Hinkelman spearheaded the Women's Mile in a seventh-place effort of 5:09.66 with Grace Nolan in toe at 5:14.32 in 11th overall.

Freshman Hannah Fisher led a pack of three Golden Grizzlies in the Women's 800m in 2:18.63 while Naomi Hallman did the same, leading three of her teammates in the Women's 60m Hurdles with a time of 8.95 seconds.
