TENNIS FALLS 6-1 TO NOTRE DAME

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Oakland University Women's Tennis fell 1-6 to Notre Dame Sunday evening with OU's Liza Mladentseva securing the lone victory.

Mladentseva edged her opponent at number one singles 7-6 with a 7-1 tiebreaker in the first set following it up by dominating the second 6-2. The freshman improves to 7-3 at the number one singles spot for Oakland.

Oakland plays IUPUI to resume Horizon League play at home for its next match on April 15 at 1:00 p.m. in Rochester.
