ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland University's Men's and Women's Track & Field teams hit the oval on January 28-29 for its fourth meet at Saginaw Valley State University (Mich.) with the Jet's Pizza Invitational.

The Golden Grizzlies squad saw two school records fall at the Gladstein Invitational at Indiana University last weekend in Maddi Leigh and Alex Hugh-Plott in both the 800m and high jump. Leigh stopped her watch in 2:12.15 while Hugh-Plott topped 2.11m (6'11").

In the national scene, Hugh-Plott ranks 34th in the high jump ahead of power programs from around the country as the senior is naturally first in the Horizon League with that mark.

The team was previously at SVSU for three-straight meets to begin the indoor campaign and will see the SVSU Fieldhouse one more time for the Final Tuneup on Friday, February 18.
