MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Veronica Haque leads the A-Ga-Ming tournament after day one with a two-round total of 149 (+5). Oakland sits in second place with a score of 612 (+36). 

Emily Fleming and freshman Ashley Chin are tied in fifth with a tournament total of 154 (+10). Amalia Shahzan carded 78 and 77, putting her tied for eighth. Sydney Martens tied for 17th with a total score of 160 (+16). 

The Golden Grizzlies sit behind CMU, who lead by only one stroke. 

The tournament concludes with a final round on Monday, Sept. 6.
