Colin Sikkenga and Chris Handy are tied for third after shooting 72 (E) in the opening round. Yaroslav Ilyenko is tied for 11th with 74 (+2) followed by Kyle Petrovich in 24th with 77 (+5).
The Golden Grizzlies sit in first place with 288 (E) and are followed by Wright State with 292 (+4). Oakland tees off for round two Monday at 7:45 a.m.
