SAGINAW, Mich. – The Oakland men's and women's track teams concluded the regular indoor season at the SVSU Tune-Up Friday from the SVSU Fieldhouse.

In the men's high jump, Oakland had two jumpers tie for first as
Alex Hugh-Plott and Salvatore Narusch recorded a score of 1.96 meters.

Zach Stadnika racked up another first place finish in the pole vault, tallying a score of 4.65 on the day.Â

The Golden Grizzlies went one, two, three in the triple jump, led by
Chase Novak (13.39m), Markael Williams (13.15m), and
Alex Hugh-Plott (12.90m).

On the women's side,
Paige Sanders ranked first in the long jump, with a leap of 5.32 meters., while teammate Robin Lefevere finished second (5.32m)

Both the men and women ran to a first place in the 200m dash.
Chanel Gardner crossed the finish line in 24.96 (1
st).
Malcolm McIntyre also outran the competition, finishing first in 21.68.

Sophomore
Olivia Rice ran to a personal best in the one mile, chipping off eight seconds off her previous best, Rice finished ninth in 5:14.43.Â

The women 60m hurdles had a strong showing with four Golden Grizzlies placing in the top six.
Alana Morrow led the way for Oakland, finishing second crossing the finish line in 9.04, while teammates Hannah Covedillm (4
th), Ra'

th) and
Emily Schaub (6
th)

The Golden Grizzlies will compete at the Horizon League Championships next weekend at Youngstown State.
