ROCHESTER, Mich. -- Oakland volleyball head coach Rob Beam announced the addition of three student-athletes during the fall signing period. Clarke Adams, Kira Buza, and Emily Wichmann, will join the Golden Grizzlies next season.
 
BEAM ON RECRUITING CLASS
"I am very excited to announce our 2021 recruiting class.  Our coaches did an excellent job of both identifying women of character and players that will impact the program on the court.  As a group, they bring experience at the highest levels of high school and club volleyball and will we look for them to have an immediate impact our team in terms of their play and their personality." 
 
FUTURE OUTLOOK
"This class is an outstanding fit to our program at this time.  We have a close-knit team that believes in each other.  Kira, Clarke, and Emily enter the program at a time where we feel optimistic about the future already.  They will certainly provide a boost to our roster as we look ahead to the 2021 season, but I also believe they will be impact players throughout their careers."
