
DAY TWO RESULTS
INDIANAPOLIS – The Oakland men's and women's swimming and diving teams remain in first place after day two of the Horizon League Championships with a two-day total of 312 and 295 respectively.
 
Paul Huch swam to the second fastest time in program history in the 50 free in 19.80, the only swimmer to break under 20 seconds in the event.
 
Katie Colwell swam to a first place finish in the 50 free with a time of 22.86.
 
Oakland's 200 free relay team of 
Karlee Marsh, 
Amber Lefler, 
Kirstyn Abbasse and Colwell took the top spot, finishing in 1:32.94.
 
On the men's side, the 200 free relay team of 
Mack Flowers, 
Joey Mangner, 
Rudy Aguilar, and Huch swam to a first place in 1:20.15.
 
In diving, 
Bernie Turchi placed second in the 1 meter competition with a score of 272.95.
Competition will resume tomorrow with preliminary action beginning at 10 a.m., and finals starting at 5:30 p.m. The finals will be streamed on ESPN3.
