BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Madison Leigh placed second in the women's 800m run on the last and final day of the Indiana University Gladstein Invite with a time of 2:16.44. Coming in eighth in the same heat was Heather Czarnecki with a time of 2:19.79.
 
In addition, Kenton Rivard placed sixth in the shot put with a toss of 52 ft., 1.25 in.  
 
Oakland will continue competition next Saturday Jan. 26 when they head to Eastern Michigan University.
